# 全般的な問題

> サブスクリプションの問題、解約、テレメトリ設定、アカウント削除、Chat パネルのトラブルシューティングなど、Windsurf プラグインでよく発生する問題について説明します。

まずは数分ほど待って、反映されるかご確認ください。改善しない場合は、WindsurfのWebサイトから一度ログアウトし、IDEを再起動してからWindsurfに再度ログインしてください。あわせて、Windsurfの最新版がインストールされていることもご確認ください。

  ### Pro/Teams サブスクリプションを解約するには？

有料プランの解約は、右上のアイコンからプロフィールに移動し、[Windsurf website](https://windsurf.com/profile) で行えます。

Pro サブスクリプションを解約するには、左側のナビゲーションパネルで `課金` ページに移動し、「Cancel Plan」をクリックします。

Teams サブスクリプションを解約するには、左側のナビゲーションパネルで `Manage Team` ページに移動し、「Cancel Plan」をクリックします。
